So they start with Intro, then write chapters one by one, and finish with a Conclusion. For some reason they do not think that there is another way. The first part of a dissertation plan is background reading. This is something you do when you do not have a topic, and feel yourself a hunter chasing something interesting and exclusive. When the correct idea is found, the next step in dissertation plan is to finalize the topic and dissertation title. This should be done with supervisor’s approval and consultation.
